We will accept returns and exchanges of eligible items in new and unused/resalable condition, in our sole discretion within 30 days of receipt with a valid proof of purchase. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Front Door items ship from our warehouse and arrive within 5-8 business days of receiving your order.

Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

For an extra charge of $26 per address, we can arrange for next day delivery to most destinations within the 48 states.
